Dr. Seabolt is the chief scientist of your team of allies, responsible for introducing many of the technical special features you encounter, such as the Research Labs (like the Air Force Research Lab) and some newer special quests.
He is first enountered when you progress along the storyline to The Graves Girls, where they are keeping Seabolt captive in order to build the Sun Storm device for the Raven.

- His name may be a reference to the American chemist Dr. Seaborg. Both are scientists who are capable of synthesizing new elements.
